SHIPPING POLICY
Included in your invoice will be the postage charge. The postage fee for leaves is fixed at $16.
Other items apart, eg. pots. will incur an additional postage fee depending on weight/size and your location.
*If additional postage fees are required the details will be included in your invoice.

RETURN POLICY
Jane's African Violets does not accept exchanges or offer refunds for change of mind. If you selected an alternative option in case your first choice was unavailable, we will not exchange or refund for the alternative option that was sent.
If the wrong product has been sent, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item by sending an email to info@janesafricanviolets.com. We will exchange the item if the incorrect item was sent. Jane's African Violets will pay the shipping fees related to any order errors. Leaves not to be returned!

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
When your order arrives please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during the shipping process. If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, notify us immediately by email at info@janesafricanviolets.com. Please provide your order number and please retain the shipping box, packaging materials, and damaged items. We may be able to make a claim in some circumstances. Jane picks and packs leaves in excellent condition. Jane cannot be responsible for the items after they leave the nursery. Weather can play a role in the condition the leaves arrival, particularly in hot days.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept payment by direct deposit, credit card or PayPal. All payment information is provided on the information which will be emailed to your after we receive your order. PayPal information is on another page on this website by using QR Code.
